The Abundant Table, Inc., now entering its
eighth year, is a volunteer-run, community-based 501(c)3 non-profit, tax exempt organization serving
weekly free meals to individuals and families in need residing in the Greater Boston suburbs of Norwood,
Walpole, Canton, Dedham, Westwood and beyond. Our mission is to provide healthy, hearty meals and compassionate
camaraderie to each of our many guests. The Abundant Table, Inc. recognizes and affirms the essential
need for nutrition as well as social connection; a partnership that creates soundness both in body and spirit. The Abundant
Table, Inc. takes pride in fostering a judgement-free, respect-filled environment where guests, volunteers, donors and community
partners are equally valued and appreciated. The Abundant Table, Inc. seeks to serve as a conduit for local
businesses, institutions, schools, civic organizations, families and individuals to come together and
selflessly prepare and serve a meal to those in need.
